Let's be honest. . . The holidays are a stressful time for many people.
Not only is there more to do, there’s a family dynamic that often brings more stress – possibly even more so this year than in previous years.
Siblings. Grandparents. In-Laws. And there’s always that one relative who, every year, you wish would just stay home. Right? (Still just being honest)
But instead of facing extra stress this season, why not address those pressing family matters and head into 2022 with a whole new game plan?
Give yourself the gift of family relationships that rock!!
Have the crucial conversations . . . set boundaries for future behavior . . . and prioritize your immediate family’s well-being.
After all, chances are that you’re not the only one being affected: your spouse/kids/immediate family are on edge, too.
After all, chances are that you’re not the only one being affected: your spouse/kids/immediate family are on edge, too.
Whatever is adding stress, get it handled by the end of this year, then make plans for an amazing family life in 2022.
The idea of setting boundaries for outliers while strengthening your “inner circle” family relationships is something I learned from Dave Braun and Troy Amdahl (aka “the Oola guys”) authors of the book, Oola: Find Balance in an Unbalanced World.
As an Oola Certified Life Coach, I’ve joined forces with Dave and Troy to help clients set goals next year in all 7 major areas of life: Fitness, Finance, Family, Field (career), Faith, Friends, and Fun.
Through one of the various Oola Coaching Program options, I’ll help you establish new goals, prioritize your tasks and—most importantly—stay accountable to accomplishing them week by week.

There are various programs/platforms/price points for you to tap in to the Oola Lifestyle Framework, coaching, and community.
Contact me today to talk about which one is best for you.
I’m here to help you live your life by design – not by default – in 2022!
Can we talk about a breakthrough goal for 2022 that’s really close to home?
Your family is not only your inner circle—the people you should turn to in tough times—but also the people who turn to YOU for the same reason.
One of the toughest things my coaching clients have to work through is a family situation that’s stressful, heartbreaking or simply needs attention.
If you need to make some serious changes in 2022 (in your family situation or any other major life area), I have good news: I’ve teamed up with Oola authors Dr. Dave Braun and Dr. Troy Amdahl to bring you a focused approach to creating a life that’s balanced, happy, and growing.
What breakthrough goal can you make that would substantially improve your family life in 2022?
For instance, would it help to . . .
• Schedule regular date nights with your spouse/life partner?
• Have that “difficult conversation” with an aging parent?
• Enjoy dinner as a family at least two nights a week (without cell phones)?
• Establish a calm morning routine for you and your family?
• Set boundaries for future behavior with a family member?
If you need to improve your marriage, set better boundaries, lay down some sensible house rules, or even change your living situation altogether, then upgrading your family relationships should be a major priority in 2022.
As an Oola Certified Life Coach, I help clients not only create goals across all 7 areas of life (Fitness, Finance, Family, Field (career), Faith, Friends, & Fun), but also prioritize their action steps and—most importantly—stay accountable to accomplishing them week by week.

Can I ask you a tough question?
When was the last time you said, “My family is totally awesome”?
Like…You love every minute of the time you all spend together. You even love the occasional chaos: excited explosions of energy from kids (or grandkids) and parents who are having fun beyond measure.
For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been talking about “living abundantly.” And an incredible family life is a big part of that abundance: great experiences, lots of sharing, non-stop support, and off-the-charts joy when you’re all together.
But what if your family relationships don’t look so good?
If you’ve recently been thinking that your home is more like a war zone, the kids/grandkids are out of control, and your marriage is on life support, improving your family relationships should be a major priority for you.
You CAN lower the stress, create better boundaries, and bring more balance to your family life.
It’s part of living abundantly, after all.
When I first read the book Oola: Finding Balance in an Unbalanced World, its authors—Dr. Dave Braun and Dr. Troy Amdahl—recommended strategies for improving family life.
And, while long-term goals take time and commitment, some immediate ways to improve your household atmosphere might be:
• Schedule a date night this weekend with your significant other
• Have that “difficult conversation” with your aging parent
• Enjoy dinner as a family at least two nights this week (without cell phones)
• Establish a calm morning routine for you & your family
• Set boundaries with your argumentative sibling
As an Oola Certified Life Coach, I help clients not only create goals across all 7 key areas in life, but also prioritize their tasks and stay accountable to accomplishing them week by week.
I’ve joined forces with Dave and Troy to bring my followers the Oola formula via a 10-week coaching experience designed to transform, not only your family relationships, but your health, finances, professional career and more.
Schedule your complimentary strategy call today to have a chat about the Oola Lifestyle and the different ways you can get support in implementing it.
“Living abundantly” means living a well-rounded life: less stress, more balance, greater purpose, and family relationships that rock.
Shouldn’t we start working on your abundant life soon?

I'm here to help the future be an abundant one for you.
Your family is your inner circle—the people you should turn to in tough times, but also the people who turn to YOU for the same reason.
Imagine a family life that’s peaceful . . . happy . . . balanced.
Now, check in with yourself about your current family situation.
Do you need to improve your marriage, calm a tense family situation, set better boundaries, or otherwise improve your closest family relationships?
One of the toughest things my coaching clients have to work through is a family situation that’s stressful, heartbreaking or at the tipping point of crisis.
Even worse are those parents who are so stressed in other areas that they’ve “checked out” of their kids’ lives and future.
The good news is that it’s absolutely possible to create the kind of balanced, happy and supportive family life you want and deserve.
While long-term goals take time and commitment, some immediate ways to improve your household atmosphere are to:
• Schedule a date night this weekend with your spouse
• Have that “difficult conversation” with your aging parent
• Enjoy dinner as a family at least three nights this week (without cell phones)
• Establish a calm morning routine for you & your family
• Set boundaries with your argumentative sibling
If you need to show up differently and make some serious changes (in your family situation or any other category), I have good news.
I’ve teamed up with Oola authors Dr. Dave Braun and Dr. Troy Amdahl to bring you a 10-week focused framework that works to create a life of more balance, growth and purpose.

I’m here to help 2021 be a breakthrough year for you!
The holidays are a stressful time for many people.
Not only is there more to do, there’s often a family dynamic that can bring additional stress.
Siblings. Parents. In-Laws. Cousins.
And that one relative who, every year, you wish would just stay home.
But instead of wrapping one more package this holiday season, why not “wrap up” those pressing family matters that are a source of ongoing stress.
Have the crucial conversations . . . set boundaries for future behavior . . . and prioritize your immediate family’s well-being.
After all, chances are that you’re not the only one being affected: your spouse and kids are on edge, too.
Whatever it is, get it handled by the end of 2020, then make plans for an amazing family life in 2021.
