I don’t think I could have made it through 2020 without my friends.
Between holding Zoom meetings and Facebook posting, friends brought a sense of normalcy, stability and support to a very weird year.
How did you do?
Did 2020 motivate you to get closer to friends or did you drift further apart?
If you made goals to get together with friends more often in 2020 – but those meetups just weren’t possible – it’s time to rededicate yourself to your friendships in the coming year.
Reconnect with those that have fallen off your radar and remind them that you care.
You may also want to carefully consider which friends show up as no friend ever should: toxic, needy, envious or just too busy to know what’s going on in your world.
It may be time to employ the Oola strategy: "Unfriend, Unfollow, Delete".
Instead of wrapping one more present this holiday season, why not wrap up your backlist of catch-up calls with friends instead?
Close and supportive friendships are part of living a life of more balance, less stress, and greater purpose.
They help us navigate life’s ups and downs.
So how else can you prepare to survive life’s ups and downs in 2021?
That’s easy: work on finding balance in every area by joining me for the 10-week Oola Coaching Program.

As I’ve mentioned before, the Oola Coaching Program is designed to support you in making massive progress in just 10 weeks. I’d be honored to privately coach you through the process.
